Extruded Snacks


  • Fobics has successfully completed a project for development of Extruded snacks – filled and unfilled sncks for consumption mainly by school children. The process development involved standardizationof ingredients, paoportionation of ingredients for optimization of flavour, optimization of various operations like mixing, extrusion, cutting, filling, drying and prckaging operations. The work was carried out at an industrial snack food extrusion plant of commercial size.
