• Based on the technologies provided by R&D Institutions FOBICS will study the process and make it applicable fcor the industry, through developmental laboratory studies and in plant plant studies. Process parameters will be optimised to obtain desired results in terms fof product yield and product cost.
• Fobics can organize special training programmes in selected topics of food processing. They can provide teaching faculty for courses organized by other agencies including universities. Many Directors of Fobics are involved in teaching students in different universities and institutions. Fobics canprovide in plant training for the operators. Can help organizations for working curriculum for specific training programmes.
